I’ve decided to take on a mission which I have chosen to call ‘Look Great by 38!” I chose this title for two reasons. 1) I will be 38 in four months, which I figure is enough time to accomplish this mission, if I work hard. 2) It rhymes. What’s more motivating than a clever rhyme? I debated whether or not to blog about this because once you put something out into the universe, it becomes a whole “should you be eating that? did you exercise today?” type of drama. Then I decided that I probably need that kind of kick in the butt to make sure that I do what I need to do.
‘Mission: Look Great by 38!‘ will consist of a revamped skincare regimen as well as an eating and exercise plan. I haven’t completely decided yet on how the second piece will manifest. There are so many options. I’ve considered the Abs Diet, the 4 Hour Body plan, cutting out sugar and carbs. SO many options. Then of course there’s the exercise piece. Walking? Running? Yoga? What to do, what to do?
Anyway, more on this later. I just wanted to put it out there.
